User agreement between the user (User, you) and Alkaaba Travels Limited T/A Alkaaba Travels (we)
Please read these terms and conditions of use (Terms and Conditions) before using Alkaaba Travels website (https://alkaabatravels.co.uk/) and making any booking. By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions without qualification. If you do not agree with any part, you must not use the Site or make a booking.
All customer service matters or booking-related correspondence must be sent to Alkaaba Travels or info@alkaabatravels.co.uk.
1. Your Contract and Agreement
A “booking” means any order for products or services you make on our Site which is received and accepted by us. A contract is concluded once full payment is received and a confirmation email is sent by Alkaaba Travels or the relevant Travel Supplier.
All travel products and services displayed on the Site are subject to availability. Alkaaba Travels acts solely as an agent for third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, insurance providers, car rental companies, Umrah/Hajj operators, and holiday package suppliers (“Travel Suppliers”).
When you make a booking, your contract is directly with the Travel Supplier, not Alkaaba Travels.
We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance for Umrah/Hajj packages, as there may be circumstances beyond our control where neither Alkaaba Travels nor the Travel Supplier can accept liability.
2. Travel Supplier Responsibility
Alkaaba Travels acts as a disclosed agent only. Your contract is with the Travel Supplier, and any service-related issues must be addressed directly with them. Supplier details will be provided in your booking confirmation email.
Alkaaba Travels accepts no liability for the quality, suitability, delays, or cancellations of services provided by Travel Suppliers.
3. Flight Booking Terms
Certain fares (e.g. economy restricted) are non-changeable and non-refundable
Flights must be used in the sequence shown on the itinerary
Recommended check-in time:
International: 120 minutes before departure
Domestic: 90 minutes before departure
Seat allocation is controlled by airlines and cannot be guaranteed
Airlines may change schedules or cancel flights at any time
Alkaaba Travels will assist where reasonably possible but is not responsible for airline changes.
4. Cancellations & Amendments
Cancellations and amendments are subject to the specific Travel Supplier’s terms. Some bookings may be non-refundable.
Important Umrah / Hajj Notes:
Flight deposits are non-refundable
Passport must be valid for at least 6 months
Visa issuance is solely the responsibility of the Saudi Embassy
Visa fees may change and must be paid if increased
In case of visa refusal, refunds depend entirely on suppliers
Hotels are subject to availability; similar alternatives may be provided
5. Payment Terms
Full payment may be required at booking
Payments accepted via major debit & credit cards
Tickets will not be issued until payment is cleared
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method
Alkaaba Travels reserves the right to conduct fraud prevention checks.
6. Passports, Visas & Health
It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure:
Valid passport & visa
Compliance with health & vaccination requirements
Correct passenger names matching passports
Alkaaba Travels is not liable for denied boarding due to incorrect documentation.
7. General Terms
Liability is limited to the total booking value (excluding personal injury/death)
No responsibility for indirect or consequential losses
Force Majeure events are excluded from liability
Use of Site
The Site is provided on an “as-is” basis. Alkaaba Travels does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content.
Privacy & ATOL
Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
ATOL protection applies where stated in your booking confirmation.
